Bison Gold Resources Inc. Announces Completion of a Private Placement
TORONTO, ONTARIO- Bison Gold Resources Inc. today announced the completion a second and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of $272,000. To date the Company has raised $1,051,111 in the private placement financing. The proceeds of the financing will be used to fund the Company’s ongoing exploration programs in the province of Manitoba as well as working capital and general corporate services.
The Company has issued 5,440,000 units at $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of $272,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each full share purchase warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 until September 17, 2011. The securities issued are subject to a four month hold period expiring on January 17, 2010.
The Company paid a cash commission of $21,760 for the financing.
