Inter-Citic Minerals Inc. Closes $5 Million Private Placement Financing
Inter-Citic Minerals Inc.President and CEO James Moore is pleased to announce that the Company has closed a private placement offering for total gross proceeds of C$4,999,500.00.
The financing consisted of 6,666,000 Units of the Company at a price of C$0.75 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share-purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $1.45 until October 26, 2011, at which time any unexercised warrants will expire. The common shares issued pursuant to the offering are subject to a statutory hold period which expires February 26, 2010. Read more

Acquired 10% Interest on the Amizmiz Project, Morocco
MAYA GOLD & SILVER reports having received conditional approval for the issuance of 500,000 common shares to Aumar Minerals inc. pursuant to an Agreement regarding the assignment of a 10percen interest in the ABH gold property of Morocco.
